The Life of the Husky Available 3.6-19.9 Wed, Fri and Sat

Visit our kennel, meet our Alaskan huskies and be awed by their amazing abilities. A guided tour of our modern kennel facilities and a fascinating view into the daily life of huskies and their mushers. The dogs will be excited to give you short ride with a cart to show how they prepare for winter.

After the ride you will have the chance to hear more about the huskies and learn about their life at the kennel. You will also get to meet some of our retired dogs. The huskies love attention and you will get a chance to interact with them. There will be time to get to know the dogs and their unique characters, as well as a chance to see the workings of the kennel. If you love dogs this is for you!

PLEASE NOTE!
For animal welfare reasons husky ride is included only weather permitting, 15 degrees celcius or colder, otherwise it’s too hot for the huskies to pull. 

If you need a transfer to the activity, please choose the pickup location when making the booking.

What’s Included

• Guided 2 hour kennel tour 
• Transfers from/to Rovaniemi from selected locations
• 800m husky ride with cart (guests seated and guide driving, only available weather permitting)

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before event

Pickup times are always before the tours starting times ranging from 90-15 minutes before the tour starting time.
