Cancellation policy

Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

Important

• Product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 4 persons, or smaller than 6 persons on public holidays
• Product may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions. The temperature limit is -35°C. For small children, the limit is -25°C for safety reasons
• Due to bad weather, for safety reasons, the husky tour can be arranged as a shortened guide-driven experience
• You must be 18 years or older to drive a snowmobile
• If you want to operate a snowmobile, a driver’s license is required. This does not apply to passengers (i.e. twin drive passengers or passengers in sleighs, e.g. children under 18 years of age)
• Maximum self-liability with the snowmobile is 900 €. You can buy a waiver for 25 € online or on the spot, then the self-liability is 250 €
• When booking a twin drive snowmobile, book 1 ticket per person. Twin drive = 2 persons per snowmobile (e.g. 4 people = 4 tickets, 2 snowmobiles)
• If the child is 140 cm or taller, they can be seated on the snowmobile paying the adult’s price
• If the child is shorter than 140 cm, they must be seated in the sled pulled by the snowmobile, which is driven by our guide
• Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult paying the full price
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old
• Infants must not sit on laps
• Not suitable for pets
• Please be ready outside at your confirmed pick-up location a few minutes before your scheduled pick-up time
