Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

What time does the tour start and how long does it last?

The activity starts at 11:30 daily, the duration is 3 hours. Please note that transfer to pick-up/ drop-off location is outside of activity duration time. We recommend reserve 15-30 minutes before and after activity. 

How long does the visit last?

The visit typically lasts around 2 hours, including time to interact with the reindeer, enjoy the sleigh ride, and learn about traditional reindeer herding.

Is the sleigh ride guided?

Yes, the sleigh ride is guided by a professional reindeer herder who will lead the way and ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Can I take photos with the reindeer?

Absolutely! You will have plenty of opportunities to take photos and interact with the reindeer during the visit.

Will there be a warm place to stay during the visit?

Yes, there is a warm traditional Teepee hut with a campfire where you can relax, enjoy a hot drink, and warm up before or after your sleigh ride.

Can children join? Is there an age limit?

The recommended minimum age for participation is 3 years old, as winter conditions can be too harsh for infants. 

There are no maximum age limits—everyone is welcome! However, certain activities may have health restrictions. Please check the specific tour details or contact us for more information.

Do you provide warm clothing for this tour?

Yes, we provide warm clothing for all our activities, including overalls, woolen socks, gloves, hats, and warm shoes to ensure your comfort in the Arctic conditions. Our clothes are available in all of the sizes!
