Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

  • This tour has two general start times: 10:00 and 13:30. We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the exact departure schedule. 10:00 tour schedule can be either 10:00–14:00 or 11:15–15:15 13:30 tour schedule can be either 13:30–17:30 or 14:45–18:45 We will contact you about the exact schedule one day before the activity.
  • At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays
  • At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
  • Due to bad weather, for the safety, the tour can be arranged as a guide-driven experience.
  • Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time

What time does the tour start and how long does it last?

The activity starts at 10:00 daily, the duration is 5 hours. Please note that transfer to pick-up/ drop-off location is outside of activity duration time. We recommend reserve 15-30 minutes before and after activity.

Is the sleigh ride guided?

The husky sleigh ride is self-mushed. Participants will receive full instructions from a professional musher before the ride to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Can I take photos with the Huskies?

Absolutely! You will have plenty of opportunities to take photos and interact with the huskies during the visit.

Will there be a warm place to stay during the visit?

Yes, there is a warm traditional Teepee hut with a campfire where you can relax, enjoy a hot drink, and warm up before or after your sleigh ride.

Can children join? Is there an age limit?

The recommended minimum age for participation is 3 years old, as winter conditions can be too harsh for infants. 

There are no maximum age limits—everyone is welcome! However, certain activities may have health restrictions. Please check the specific tour details or contact us for more information.

Do you provide warm clothing for this tour?

Yes, we provide warm clothing for all our activities, including overalls, woolen socks, gloves, hats, and warm shoes to ensure your comfort in the Arctic conditions. Our clothes are available in all of the sizes!
