Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

- This tour has two general start times: 10:00 and 13:30. We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the exact departure schedule. 10:00 tour schedule can be either 10:00–14:00 or 11:15–15:15 13:30 tour schedule can be either 13:30–17:30 or 14:45–18:45 We will contact you about the exact schedule one day before the activity.

What time does the tour start and how long does it last?
The activity starts at 10:00 daily, the duration is 5 hours. Please note that transfer to pick-up/ drop-off location is outside of activity duration time. We recommend reserve 15-30 minutes before and after activity.
Is the sleigh ride guided?
The husky sleigh ride is self-mushed. Participants will receive full instructions from a professional musher before the ride to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Can I take photos with the Huskies?
Absolutely! You will have plenty of opportunities to take photos and interact with the huskies during the visit.
Will there be a warm place to stay during the visit?
Yes, there is a warm traditional Teepee hut with a campfire where you can relax, enjoy a hot drink, and warm up before or after your sleigh ride.
Can children join? Is there an age limit?
The recommended minimum age for participation is 3 years old, as winter conditions can be too harsh for infants.
