The visit is designed to be fun and interactive, with Santa bringing the joy of Christmas right to your door. Available exclusively for hotel guests, this experience ensures that your holiday stay is filled with joy, laughter, and a touch of Christmas wonder.

What’s Included

• Santa Claus Visit is available for locations within 10 km of Rovaniemi city center. Visits outside this area can also be arranged for an additional fee.
• Santa Visits Guest Rooms: Santa Claus makes a surprise entry into guest rooms to delight children and families.
• Leave your own gifts: You can give to Santa the gifts beforehand, so he can give them to your children during the visit!
• Photo Opportunity: Guests can take pictures with Santa right in their room.
• Festive Greetings: Santa shares warm holiday wishes and chats briefly with families.
• Storytime with Santa: Santa reads a short Christmas story or poem for the kids.
• Goodbye Ho-Ho-Ho: Santa departs with a cheerful “Merry Christmas” as he leaves.

Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

• Santa Claus Visit is available for locations within 10 km of Rovaniemi city center. Visits outside this area can also be arranged for an additional fee.
• Santa visiting time is between 18.00-21.00. (Times in booking order)
• Please note: Only the resident of the room can be at Santa’s private meeting.
• An extra cost applies if Santa visits a room outside the Postmaster Hotel or Aurora Hill Resort.
