Free cancellation 24 hours before the activity. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity.

  • Bring your own swimsuit if you want; but clothes are optional at this private sauna and ice swimming experience
  • At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays
  • At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
  • Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
  • Infant under 3 is complimentary

What time does the tour start and how long does it last?

The activity starts at 10:00, 14:00 and 19:00 daily, the duration is 4 hours. Please note that transfer to pick-up/ drop-off location is outside of activity duration time. We recommend reserve 15-30 minutes before and after activity. 

Is ice swimming safe?

Yes, ice swimming is absolutely safe. Our guides will provide instructions on how to enter and exit the ice water safely.

What are the benefits of sauna and ice swimming?

This experience boosts circulation, relieves stress, strengthens the immune system, and provides an authentic Finnish wellness tradition.

Do I need to bring my own towels or swimwear?

No need to bring your own towel, we will provide you. But please bring your own swimsuit.

Is the sauna experience available year-round?

Yes, the sauna experience is available all year round, please note that ice swimming is only possible during winter season. For a summer option please check out our summer experience.

Can children join? Is there an age limit?

The recommended minimum age for participation is 3 years old, as winter conditions can be too harsh for infants. 

There are no maximum age limits—everyone is welcome! However, certain activities may have health restrictions. Please check the specific tour details or contact us for more information.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Do you provide warm clothing for this tour?

Yes, we provide warm clothing for all our activities, including overalls, woolen socks, gloves, hats, and warm shoes to ensure your comfort in the Arctic conditions. Our clothes are available in all of the sizes!
